When you get in touch

The contact form collects your name, email, optional company, selected service and working arrangement, preferred timing if provided, and message. I use these details to respond, understand the work, and follow up on your inquiry.

Inquiries are stored in Notion and sent through Resend to my Google Workspace inbox. You aren't added to a marketing list. Please don't submit passwords, access keys, or confidential project files.

Services used by the website

Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. These services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. This site does not add advertising trackers or a separate analytics service.

If I share a scheduling link after your inquiry, information you enter there is handled through Google Calendar to arrange and manage your call. Google also processes data under its own privacy policy.

Keeping and removing information

Inactive inquiries are reviewed for deletion 90 days after the last contact. This is a review policy, not an automatic deletion timer. Information needed for ongoing work or required business records may be kept longer.

To request access, a correction, or deletion of your inquiry, email dak@engr.systems. I'll confirm what can be removed and explain any information that needs to be retained.
